We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager, whose mission it is to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active members for our LEADERS IN CONSULTING Community. You are welcome to start with us as soon as possible, but you should be available from 01.11.2024 at the latest.
Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary tailored to the cost of living in your location and commensurate with experience. Holidays and sick days are compensated. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Your tasks
LEADERS IN CONSULTING is an exclusive community for CEOs, Partners, and Managing Directors in the consulting industry. Your mission is to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members, specifically Partners and MDs from consulting firms with at least 50 employees.
Your 1-Year Mission
1. Drive growth by winning 1,000 additional active community members.
2. Secure 25 sponsors by creating a pipeline of 250 leads (lead = has 1st call with us).
First 90 Days
1. Win 40 sponsor leads (wants to have a 1st call with us).
2. Secure 100 active community members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies.
2. Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement ABM approaches.
3. Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach.
4. Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO and CTO.
5. Generate participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences in Munich and London.
6. Travel to our own events to learn about and optimize our community events.
Your profile
Essential Skills And Experience
1. Availability: You are available at the latest with 40h/week.
2. Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
3. Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to test and iterate strategies to find the most effective approaches.
4. Dependable: Proven track record of executing tasks with minimal supervision.
5. Ownership Mentality: Experience owning and driving key metrics like leads or sales pipeline.
6. Technical Proficiency: Expertise with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), creating landing pages, and crafting effective messaging.
7. Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with in-house teams, supporting and leveraging their skills.
8. Languages: English is a must, German is nice to have.
9. Remote Work Proficiency: Previous remote work experience, with strong communication skills using tools like Slack.
10. Travel: You are willing to travel multiple times a year to community and company events.
