Develop existing as well as potential customer base using CRM (follow Get, Keep & Grow or no).
Insure and manage product / service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
Responsibilities:
* Map the current and potential market within the area.
* Plan / carry out / support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g. product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions.
* Secure that opportunities turn into orders.
* Demonstrate products and build relevant competence and know-how through trainings and courses for existing as well as potential customers. Train customers on how to use the products.
* Create, maintain and execute customer plans.
* Negotiate and set agreements with local key accounts within agreed frames.
* Execute daily sales activities within the area.
* Maintain and develop a strong relationship with customers within the area.
* Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal connections, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
* Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
* Analyze, report, and administer according to systems and requirements.
* Educate customers on features, advantages, and benefits of available products.
* Create offers and negotiate processes with customers.
* Deal quickly and efficiently with all customer complaints within company guidelines. Cooperate closely with Product Management regarding claims.
* Map the current competitor’s position and market share. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to the Regional Sales Director.
* Analyze market dynamics and inform the Regional Sales Director if changes are needed.
* Utilize a data-driven approach to sales.
* Select the right segments in the product range to achieve success.
* Visit new and existing customers.
* Use Outlook for all activities.
* Assist customers with day-to-day questions.
* Weekly maintenance of the CRM system to ensure data is updated.
* Create offers and negotiate prices.
* Submit monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Director.
* Participate in fairs to promote Geveko Markings.
* Attend trainings to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
* Lobby through influencers in the markets.
* Provide management support.
* Reach the budget.
* Achieve personal development criteria goals.
* Ensure that the systems are always updated.
