Job Responsibilities
* Creating performance-driven video ads for Meta, Google, and YouTube.
* Apply a strong understanding of key performance concepts in video ads, including hooks, CTAs, pacing, and storytelling structures that maximize purchases.
* Stay ahead of design trends to push creative boundaries and bring fresh ideas to the team.
* Implement effective pacing and transitions to keep specific target audiences engaged.
* Leverage data-driven insights to optimize video ads, tailoring visuals to the target audience and conversion metrics.
* Contribute to ideation and creative solutions to enhance campaign performance.
Minimum Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in video editing, preferably within an eCommerce or creative agency.
* Demonstrable video editing ability and creativity with a strong portfolio.
* Expertise with generative AI tools such as MidJourney, Eleven Labs, Runway ML, or Pika Labs.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere) and Canva.
* A team player with a proactive, committed, and positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every piece of work is highly polished and well-executed.
