Key Responsibilities:
* Organizing executive team’s calendars.
* Assisting in planning and organizing events or workshops.
* Helping with the delivery of top-notch customer service to clients.
* Scheduling, task management, and organization of the team.
* Writing emails and preparing client deliverables.
* Managing social media posting schedule & content.
* Online brand optimization.
* Posting in community management groups & engaging with clients.
* Sorting and ensuring client questions are answered by the appropriate team member.
Salary & Growth Opportunities:
- As an independent contractor, you will provide timesheets and invoices for your hours bi-weekly. You will be in direct communication and reporting to our management team.
Must Be Comfortable With:
* Remote working.
* Working as an independent contractor.
* Working in Eastern Standard Time & checking in with management during working hours.
* Having the necessary equipment to fulfill this role (computer, applicable software, internet, headset, backup power).
* An initial trial period to ensure mutual fit.
* Taking an idea and building out the required design or process from the ground up.
* Meeting deadlines and participating in team meetings.

Technical Skills:
* Project Management Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp for task tracking and team coordination.
* Communication Tools: Expertise in using Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration.
* CRM, Email Marketing & Automation: Experience with tools like GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), Follow Up Boss, or similar systems.
* Social Media Platforms: Skilled in content scheduling and engagement using Go High Level, Hootsuite, or native platform tools.
* Document Management: Experience with PandaDoc or DocuSign for contracts and proposals.
* ChatGPT: Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows.
Bonus Skills:
* Content Creation: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Express to create content. The ability to communicate the graphical vision to a designer for larger projects.
* Digital Marketing: Understanding of SEO basics, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads Manager.
* Basic Video Editing Understanding: Ability to edit short-form video content for social media or communicate editing requirements to a team of editors.
* SEO Management & Optimization: Generate compelling titles, descriptions, and captions for YouTube, Instagram, and Spotify content, ensuring optimization for each platform.
Essential Language Requirement:
- High proficiency in English for effective written and verbal communication.
Required Experience:
* 1-3 + years of experience in a similar role, ideally supporting executives in a remote environment.
* Proven ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks for multiple stakeholders.
* Hands-on experience with real estate marketing, coaching, or lead generation (preferred).
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
* Track record of managing projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision.
