We currently have over 900 people on our team working towards a common goal. We are in an exciting project of social and sustainable growth. Within our People Area, we need to incorporate a Técnico/a de PRL to perform the following functions:
* Collaboration in defining internal requirements.
* Implementation of regulations and preventive activities.
* Preparation of the Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) plan.
* Supervision of regulatory compliance.
* Inspection and evaluation of working conditions.
* Communication of regulations and procedures.
* Coordination of business activities (CAE).
* Health surveillance.
* Emergency management and self-protection.
* Environmental management.
What do we offer?:
* Working hours from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 or 09:00 to 17:00 or 18:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.
* Intensive working hours during Holy Week, summer, and Christmas.
* Location: Vicálvaro.
* Immediate incorporation.
* Indefinite contract for persons without disabilities and 430 for persons with disabilities.
* Salary: 24,000 euros gross per year in 14 payments + variable of 5,000 euros per year.
Minimum Requirements:
* Required Education: Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, Engineering, Labor Sciences, Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
* Specific Training in PRL: Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention with the 3 specialties (Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology).
* Required Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position, ideally in large organizations.
* Person who is approachable, committed, resolutive, and proactive.
