Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the operation of Retail Management for POSM design, production, and retail deployment.
* Conduct retail penetration analysis to ensure market coverage effectively penetrates the market.
* Manage retail co-marketing campaigns, including roadshow activities, setup, ROI calculation, and implementation of seasonal campaigns to achieve sales objectives.
* Field force management, including hiring, execution, KPI setting, and agency management.
Minimum Requirements:
* Spanish is a must; English is preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in the complete operation of Retail Management, preferably in the consumer electronics product industry.
* Proficient in data analysis and ROI calculation to ensure budget utilization for every campaign.
* Ability to independently manage suppliers and negotiate with retailers.
* Strong logical thinking, management, coordination, operational execution skills, learning ability, and stress resistance.
