We are seeking a Global Integrated Strategist to join our Strategy Team in Barcelona! As a Global Integrated Strategist, you'll play a key role in shaping impactful brand experiences for international clients. Ogilvy Barcelona is an experience center of excellence, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of brand strategy and customer engagement.
What you’ll do:
You'll support the Global Brand Strategy Lead in developing holistic brand planning and customer engagement strategies for international brands by:
Defining long-term campaign strategies and brand platforms
Connecting brand ecosystems by defining and implementing strategies across touchpoints (e.g., email, social media, CRM programs, loyalty programs, e-commerce, in-person interactions, etc.)
Analyzing customer data for insights into behavior, preferences, pain points and opportunities
Creating customer journey maps to optimize touchpoints and interactions
Collaborating with data, experience design, creative, social media, account and client teams
Leveraging WPP’s proprietary AI tools for strategic and creative development
Preparing, designing and presenting strategic documents internally and to clients
Supporting new business pitches and internal strategic thought leadership

What you’ve done:
Bachelor’s degree
5-10 years of experience in brand strategy, customer engagement, or similar marketing role
Successfully supported the development and launch of creative work with clients throughout a brand ecosystem
