Responsible for the sale of corporate relocation services. Focused mainly on new business, you will exploit your exceptional sales skills to produce effective and successful results.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 3 years of exceptional sales experience and success of a selling a product or service. Relocation and mobility services, professional services, HR solutions, or other corporate solution experience preferred, and a consultative solutions-based approach selling is required.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Business Development Manager position will oversee all business development activities within their designated area. You will lead business development and will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy aligned with current sales initiatives based on current and future growth plans.
Main focus
You will be responsible for generating leads with new clients and existing prospects to create valuable meetings. You will be working digitally to establish contact, relationship, bridge of trust to establish the link with the Santa Fe Client Manager and GCD’s team, or with the competent SME for them to convert the leads into opportunities and then into sales revenues. You will be targeted on converting leads into tangible business for Santa Fe Relocation. Leads would be generated by web leads, email leads, lead generators, phone enquiries and corporate research through LinkedIn.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve and exceed personal annual lead target.
Identify and follow leads to increase customer base, following Santa Fe Relocation sales process to secure new business within new clients.
Identify and look for new business opportunity through social media.
Create new revenue for Relocation and Mobility Services and develop a strong working knowledge of the Global Mobility process.
Provide effective sales presentations (physical and virtual) and accurate documentation for global assignment management mobility, HR and procurement executive level.
Be able to quote on each service DSP, IMMS and MVG.
Coordinate pre move surveys/surveys for our own accounts; follow up of the given estimate until the booking.
Meet / exceed agreed revenue targets/sales targets & new appointment targets.
Attend client events in Spain & abroad in accordance with guidelines set by the South Europe Sales Director
Engage in public speaking events as an ambassador of the Santa Fe Group
Review monthly/weekly sales goals, revenue numbers and work with Director of Sales to achieve the established target.
Ensure the data accuracy and timely update of sales lead progress in the companies CMR System
Team player, wiling to actively support the SEU sales team and be hands-on with delivery when required.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
* Successful new business development history (“hunter”) across multiple market segments
* Current knowledge of mobility and relocation industry, current market trends and economic factors
* Ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce
* Preferably has previous experience in relocating or living in different countries

Education:
* Higher education, Bachelor Degree.
