Your tasks As Event Manager, youll lead with autonomy and impact, responsible for: Coordinating Monthly Meetups Across 15+ Cities and six countries Recruit and train local hosts & assistants. Find and secure unique venues that create an atmosphere of hospitality (e.g., deli style charm). Deliver events that feel like a home away from home, with 1030 attendees per meetup. Regions include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the UK, and the USA. Orchestrating Conferences That Stand Out Organize two Leaders in Consulting conferences (London & Munich, 100150 attendees each). Manage the Level Up HR Leaders conference (Munich, 200 attendees). Oversee venue selection, logistics, staffing, and all event details. Guarantee an elevated, 5 star experience from start to finish. Driving Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with our content team and Demand Generation Manager to ensure events are well attended. Build relationships with stakeholders, embodying SAWOOs values in every interaction.
