VIE - Flow Controller - Puente la Reina
Where is the Position?
The position is located in Puente la Reina, close to Pampelune in Spain in a multicultural team within a dynamic & challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As a Flow Controller, you will have 2 main responsibilities:
1. Managing the upstream flow of a portfolio of suppliers, ensuring that materials and components reach our production lines efficiently.
2. Working closely with the team to ensure a continuous flow down to the downstream, i.e., to the end customer.
Your main missions will be:
* Manage and oversee the flow of materials from suppliers to production.
* Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to optimize processes and ensure service quality.
* Maintain constant communication with suppliers and customers to meet deadlines and expectations.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain.
* Collaborate on the continuous improvement of the plant, participating in the visual management evolution, SPS, and the adaptation to all new projects.
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (internship/apprenticeship included).
Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
* Knowledge of management tools and Supply Chain software (SAP - preferred).
* Microsoft Office (above average skills).
* Tableau / BI is a plus.
Requested languages: English full professional capacity, Spanish is a plus.

* Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
