Are you a proactive and driven recruiter with a passion for real estate and a track record in high-volume hiring? We’re hiring an Internal Recruiter to join a well-established, highly respected residential real estate company, where you’ll play a key role in growing top-performing sales teams across Spain.
This is an exciting opportunity to own the full recruitment cycle in-house, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to attract and hire property brokers and sales professionals for both residential and development-led projects.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment for residential and development sales roles across multiple regions.
* Sourcing and attracting top broker talent through a mix of direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and events.
* Working closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements and market trends.
* Leading high-volume hiring campaigns in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
* Regular travel to cities including Palma, Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Marbella and Barcelona.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally in real estate or sales-driven industries.
* Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
* Confident sourcing and engaging passive candidates using a variety of tools.
* A proactive, people-focused mindset with strong organisational skills.
* Willingness to travel across Spain regularly as part of the role.
* Spanish and English fluency.
