As our Legal Counsel you will be at the forefront of managing a wide range of legal functions, from incorporating new entities and supporting ongoing compliance to negotiating agreements and overseeing the liquidation process. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless operations and mitigate legal risks. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving our company's legal strategies forward.
What will you do?
* Manage the incorporation of new legal entities, such as selecting service providers, negotiating agreements, defining their tasks, signing agreements, and overseeing their performance.
* Support ongoing company's legal entities (update licenses, renew companies incorporation documents)
* Draft, review and negotiate agreements with vendors and suppliers
* Draft notices and dispute resolution
* Prepare and submit legal claims
* Lead and oversee the process of company liquidation, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
* Participate in changing the current group structure
* Remain up-to-date with the relevant laws, regulations and practices impacting the work and the company business
* Prepare and update required reports for stakeholders
* Demonstrate a proactive attitude and flexibility in a dynamic environment
Who you are :
* Bachelor’s degree in Law
* 2-3 years of relevant in-house or consulting law firm experience
* Experience in incorporation of legal entities in other jurisdictions
* Experience in dealing with banks, payment systems will be a plus
* Languages: English (at least C1)
* Strong communication skills
* Self-starter and self-motivated with a passion to learn and grow
* Proactive
* Ability to identify issues, legal risks, and potential liabilities
* Attention to detail
* Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
