Your role?
* Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all IT positions
* Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.
* Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.
* Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
* Work mostly on technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data etc.) but also on PM, CTO, SM roles.
* Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
* Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
* Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
* Building long-term relationships with potential candidates.
What would make you a great candidate?
* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
* High level of English (spoken and written).
* Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills.
* Passion for the IT world.
