Responsibilities:
1. Define brand development strategy based on a solid understanding of user, market, and competition.
2. Lead the development of marketing strategy/plan and collaborate with marketing-related functions to execute the marketing plan, including creative, advertising, PR, social, and EDM.
3. Collaborate with product and operation functions to develop brand strategy and identify resources needed to achieve brand goals.
4. Guide the development of high-quality and effective marketing materials that align with the overall brand strategy.
5. Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximize all opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements:
1. 3+ years of working experience as a brand manager or marketing manager is a MUST.
2. Experience in both traditional marketing and digital marketing in Spain or the Western European market is a plus.
3. Passionate about building a brand from a zero or little base.
4. Strong data analysis capability.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in English is a must; a certain level of mastery of Spanish is a plus.
