Fertilo. You are comfortable in a commercial and clinical hybrid role, where you can lead international efforts to implement novel technologies, conduct scientific presentations, and provide training to clinics worldwide. Your adaptability and willingness to travel internationally are vital for supporting successful adoption and optimal use of embryology products across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Commercial and Clinical Teams : Work closely with lab directors, embryologists, and clinical practitioners to integrate the
In Vitro Maturation (IVM)
product,
Fertilo, into IVF practices. Customize protocols and adjust equipment and guidelines to optimize clinical outcomes.
Product Implementation, Training, and Support : Lead the implementation and training of
Fertilo
in IVF clinics globally, with a focus on regions such as Latin America, Europe, and beyond. Conduct on-site demonstrations, provide hands-on support, and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful product integration.
Scientific Presentations & Commercial Support : Deliver scientific presentations at international conferences, clinic meetings, and customer events. Present clinical data and product benefits to stakeholders, including clinic directors, embryologists, and laboratory staff, to promote the adoption of
Fertilo
and enhance clinical understanding.
On-Site Visits and Client Meetings : Travel internationally to support clinics with in-person meetings, on-site demonstrations, and troubleshooting. Establish strong working relationships with clinic personnel and ensure they are well-equipped to implement and utilize
Fertilo
effectively. Regularly engage with clinic directors, lab teams, and procurement managers to address operational challenges and optimize clinic workflows.
Procurement Collaboration : Collaborate with clinic procurement teams to ensure the availability of
IVM
products and necessary ancillary materials such as culture media, supplements, and lab equipment. Maintain smooth operational flow and address any procurement-related challenges.
Clinical Research & Program Management : Assist in the implementation and management of clinical research programs. Oversee data collection, perform site audits, manage deviation reports, and collaborate with clinical research teams to ensure the successful execution of studies and programs.
International Travel : Regular travel (international) to IVF clinics in regions such as Latin America, Europe, and others, to provide hands-on support, training, and guidance to clinic staff. This may include travel to Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Spain, and other countries.
Qualifications:
Educational Background : A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, with a degree in Reproductive Biology preferred.
Clinical Expertise : A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a clinical IVF laboratory setting, with proficiency in key embryology techniques such as oocyte retrieval, ICSI, PGT-A, cryopreservation, and culture of embryos.
Language Skills : Full proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and clinic staff.
Commercial and Technical Expertise : Strong background in both technical and commercial aspects of IVF technology. Ability to conduct scientific presentations, engage in customer-facing interactions, and support clinics in the adoption of new technologies.
Team Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with research, clinical, and operational teams to drive common goals and outcomes.
Self-Starter Mentality : Proactive and independent, able to manage international projects and travel while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Willingness to Travel : Comfortable with frequent international travel to support clinics and ensure the successful implementation of
IVM
technology across diverse geographical regions.
