Role / Task Description
The resource will manage a portfolio of initiatives related to Global Banking Servicing tools, including the following responsibilities:
* Management and control of budget and resources
* Business understanding and identification of new potential initiatives
* Elaborate business cases to assess the value added
* Identification of synergies and/or misalignments within the Global/Local portfolios to meet the SCIB domain strategy
* Prepare delivery plan: definition of deliverables and milestones, governance, allocation of budget, dependencies
* Dialogue with IT and Business to define common goals and align expectations
* Arrange and lead kick-off meetings with stakeholders
* Plan and conduct important meetings: kick-off meeting, project follow-ups, and executive meetings. Elaborate and report minutes
* Project follow-up: Identify potential delays, dependencies, and risks. Report RAG status, highlights, and details at different levels of abstraction depending on the audience
* Ensure the project closure: achievement of goals, acceptance of every stakeholder, change management, BAU transition. Track and measure all the benefits after the project
Candidate Must-Have Skills and Requirements
* Background as PMO/Execution Manager in CIB or Banking
