Job Title: German Business Developer

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities in the German market and develop strategies to engage them
* Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
* Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
* Conduct market research to spot trends and insights for business development
* Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute strategies effectively
* Provide regular reports on sales progress, performance, and forecasts to management
* Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet sales goals
Requirements:
* Native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (minimum 1-2 years)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
