Digital Analytics Senior Analyst

Schindler is looking for a passionate and experienced Analyst to join our Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team within Global Finance. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Schindler IT to empower our finance and field operations colleagues worldwide with powerful analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities.

2. Lead and contribute to key digitalization and automation projects related to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
3. Collaborate on requirement engineering: Uncover user needs, translate them into clear functional requirements, and ensure solutions meet user expectations.
4. Manage solution backlogs, prioritizing features to ensure the tech team delivers maximum value with each release.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. 4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs. Proven ability to communicate with business stakeholders and development team.
2. 2+ years of experience in project management utilizing agile management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar solutions.
3. 2+ years of experience in various reporting, analytics, or data management projects. Hands-on experience with a BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau) is a plus.
4. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a relevant field.
5. Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
6. Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
7. Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management. (Minimum demonstrated B2)
