Duties list:
Before service:
1. Prepare station for operation.
2. Set up the restaurant.
3. Arrange the seating according to the given table allocation.
4. Check salt and pepper refill if needed.
5. Attend daily briefing (always wear your uniform).
6. Make sure you always have the necessary items prior to the start of the service (notepad, pens, bottle opener, lighter, and smile).
7. Be presentable.
8. Make sure your breath is fresh.
During the service:
1. Welcome the guests.
2. Maintain high quality service and friendly atmosphere.
3. Take orders.
4. Punch orders properly (EPOS).
5. Serve tables.
6. Introduce every dish on the table.
7. Help the runners.
8. Assist your superior.
9. Make sure your work performance is always up to Jul's standards.
10. Keep track of breakage/spoilage.
11. Clean when necessary.
12. Report to manager when a complaint has been raised.
After service:
1. Break down your section.
2. Make sure all closing duties are completed.
3. Fill in checklist.
4. Consult with your superior regarding your feedback on the shift.
5. Make sure that everything is clean and tidy.
6. Polish cutlery and glasses.

About you
Responsibilities:
1. Perform opening and closing duties.
2. Fill in opening and closing checklist.
3. Perform setup and breakdown of the restaurant & organize and fill stations before service.
4. Ensure that service is up to Jul's standards.
5. Ensure highest standard of service at all times.
6. Greet and possibly welcome the guest.
7. Explain menu in detail if customer requests.
8. Ask for allergies when taking orders.
9. Suggestive upselling.
10. Once order is taken, post it to EPOS system.
11. Introduce food when served to guests.
12. Offer salt and pepper to serve.
13. Clean table, replace plates and silverware whenever needed.
14. Keep a friendly atmosphere at all times.
15. If there is any inquiry for booking, liaise with reception or manager.
16. Communicate with runners and manager in charge at all times.
17. Guide and help runners.
18. Attend daily briefing.
Language required: English. Spanish is a plus.
