FUNCIONES:
1. Equipment Management:
Assist in the reception, transportation, unpacking, installation, testing, movement, removal, and resetting of videoconferencing equipment, including Cisco systems, screens, microphones, speakers, and audio/video systems, under the guidance of Level 1/2 technicians.
Support datacenter operations, including servers and VG gateways.
2. Inventory and Stock Management:
Manage stock inventory and ensure accurate documentation.
Update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for both production and stock items.
3. Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance visits to ensure optimal room conditions.
4. Onsite Support:
Provide onsite support for videoconferencing systems.
Address incidents and requests, updating IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (REMEDY) with precise information.
5. Event Support:
Assist in the preparation and execution of events, ensuring all videoconferencing technology operates smoothly.
6. Testing and Documentation:
Perform hardware tests and installations as needed.
Update and maintain documentation related to equipment and processes.
REQUISITOS:
1. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
2. Strong sense of customer service and responsiveness to client needs.
3. Ability to handle specific customer requests with professionalism and efficiency.
4. Fluent in English (B2).
5. Spanish nationality.
6. Working model: 100% onsite Airbus Defence and Space Getafe (Madrid) premises.
