ABOUT YOU
As a Trainee reporting to the Senior Brand Manager and assisting the Assistant Brand Manager in specific projects, you will be exposed to multiple facets of brand management, working closely with cross-functional teams and gaining hands-on experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and innovation. You will be responsible for supporting Schweppes brand planning process from development to execution, following up brand performance at IBERIA level and coordinating and aligning all areas involved in the brand’s activity.
YOUR ROLE
1. Support in the development of the 3Y strategic plan and annual brand plan, identifying drivers for growth and financial performance.
2. Monitor achievement and development opportunities of the current Schweppes strategy.
3. Track and report KPIs and draw appropriate insights and recommendations.
4. Support in launching innovations and evaluating their market success.
5. Report on internal and external data insights.
6. Alignment with international strategy through constant communication with the European team.
7. Active collaboration with internal departments (Trade Marketing, Finance, Comms…).
8. Regular field visits (On + Off Trade) as needed.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCED ON THE ROLE
9. University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration (other degrees will also be valued — we embrace diversity!).
Hard Skills:
10. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
11. Genuine interest in brand management within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
12. Strong analytical skills and an understanding of market & consumer insights to identify trends and challenges.
13. Advance level in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
14. Experience with Nielsen or other market research tools is a plus, as it will be used for data analysis and tracking key market trends.
SOFT SKILLS
15. Willingness to work with professional marketing tools, structures, and processes.
