Tasks
1. Management of collective agreements, scholarships, etc.
2. Advice on representation of workers and union issues and intervention in labor negotiations.
3. Monitoring of formal obligations to Social Security.
4. Preparation of payrolls. Monthly delivery of the payroll list with separation of all labor costs by concepts.
5. Communication of the high and low parties in Social Security. Parts of work accident.
6. Calculations of liquidations and settlements of its employees, in the event of possible dismissals.
7. Supervise the attendance of the staff, vacations, sick leave, payroll, etc.
8. Manage the hiring of permanent or temporary staff, according to the needs of the company.
9. Establish the training plan and collaborate in the organization of the necessary training activities.
10. Grant management for training activities.
11. Monitoring and control of the effectiveness of the training actions carried out.
12. Preparation and management of rol clarification for each position.
13. Advice on the different options for hiring workers. Communication of the expiration of temporary contracts.
