We are seeking a Data Center Critical Environment Manager to join our Spain Portugal team, working directly with our Data Center Site Managers. We offer flexibility and endless growth opportunities to those who can harness their skills and talents and identify how and where to use them to add value.Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:Establishing strong working relationships with customersOverseeing the day to day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in a datacenterManaging and organizing the planned preventative and corrective electrical and/or mechanical equipment according to customer requirementsEnsuring that electrical, mechanical, and/or fire/life safety equipment within the client data hall are operating at peak efficiencyEnsuring compliance with infrastructure operations standardizationActing as an escalation point for all facilities related issues within the datacenter, escalating to the Operations Team as needed. This may include assisting technicians in times of emergencies, job training, and providing input/recommendations on electrical/mechanical design parametersManagement of small to medium projects from conception to completionEnsuring routine reporting for critical infrastructure, inclusive of operational and maintenance KPIs, objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standardsDriving cost/energy efficiency projectsIdentifying single points of failure at client infrastructureCoordinating, planning, scheduling, and supervising audits and compliance verificationsDriving identification and remediation of vulnerabilities (such as single points of failure) Provide recommendations on new data center equipment designs, technologies, and construction methods. Drive cost/energy efficiency projectsSharing best practices, assisting others in learning role, process, procedures, and mentors othersPromoting a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of datacenter activitiesDriving data analytics, metrics, and interpretation of a complex environment to identify inefficiencies, opportunities, exceptions, and correlations, and proactively respond before they impact the businessEnsuring quality, up to date documentation exists for all service arrangementsAchieving consistent cu
