Develop and recommend marketing objectives strategies budgets and plans to achieve growth revenue and profit targets along with key brand performance indicators. This includes detailed marketing plans covering advertising promotion product mix pricing and channel strategy.
Define and implement the product and price elements of the approved marketing plan across all channels. Design an 18-month promotional calendar pipeline to ensure effective execution and maximize sales/marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with field operations and other departments to monitor sales and marketing performance against forecasts recommending and implementing corrective actions when needed.
Oversee all market research projects evaluate agency performance and recommend improvements. Take ownership of the business insight ecosystem to support brand and business intelligence.
Manage menu architecture and pricing strategies to drive sales velocity and maximize profitability across all channels.
Lead menu vision development from strategic planning to implementation supporting growth in business and brand relevance over time. This includes working with cross-functional teams on new concepts category innovations omnichannel strategies and daypart relevancy while managing timelines and budgets.
Provide recommendations for new products line extensions packaging updates and other innovation opportunities while integrating best practices from regional and global markets. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to develop consumer insight-driven business solutions including testing major new product ideas and value initiatives.
Represent the marketing perspective in key business meetings with franchisees and cross-functional teams offering updates best practices and detailed promotional plans.
Lead inspire and develop direct reports to achieve team goals and build a pipeline for succession and career growth. Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and have the tools and expertise to succeed
5 to 10 years of overall experience in marketing or business roles
Retail experience is highly desired
Required Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field with strong knowledge of digital marketing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager leading teams of talented marketers.
