SENIOR QUALITY & FOOD SAFETY SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Management of activities ensuring safety, authenticity, compliance with legal regulations, quality, and food safety in the plant.
* Management of functional teams for HACCP / VACCP / TACCP.
* Establishing the strategy of the plant's functional teams based on legal requirements, standards, and global requirements of the THG group.
* Management of the RCA analysis process (initiated after detecting internal non-conformities and complaints), creating reports and authorizing activities defined by the operational teams.
* Substantive supervision over the data analysis process in the plant.
* Management of a group project focused on the prevention of foreign bodies and coordination of the team's work.
* Regular and active supervision of the production process during standard production and during the implementation of new products.
* Implementation of new requirements according to the BRC standard and other global guidelines.
* Full responsibility and independent coordination of the complaint and non-conforming product management process.
* Supervision over compliance with food law, active verification of legal changes and their implementation in the plant.
* Acting as an internal auditor for compliance with the BRC standard.
* Coordinating the flow of quality information to production areas.
EXPECTATIONS:
* Higher education, preferably in a field (e.g. food technology, biotechnology, microbiology).
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry.
* Knowledge of legal standards and good industry practices in the field of food safety and quality.
* Advanced and experience-based knowledge of operational, quality, food safety, HACCP, TACCP, VACCP processes.
* Very good Polish & English.
* Very good MS Office skills - advanced level.
* Highly developed business orientation.
* Experience in conducting quality projects and coordinating the work of project teams.
* Focus on solving problems and cooperation.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, including high personal culture.
* Conscientiousness and accuracy in performing assigned duties.
