The Event Marketing Specialist assists the Event Marketing Manager in planning and executing event-based projects and programs and takes self-responsibility for selected sports projects. They’ll help design and execute an efficient national event program on a highly professional level. They are one of the most important drivers of innovation and creativity in events.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support national event’s manager in daily event affairs and specific projects.
2. Assist the sports team in in- and out-office affairs and tasks of all kinds without any specification on “low priority activities” (e.g., 3rd party events only).
3. Support Red Bull events/projects of all scales with a strong focus on participants, spectators, and media.
4. Co-ordinate event-tool workflows and warehouse affairs.
5. Support national event manager in organizing events by taking over defined parts of bigger projects and realizing small fires on his/her own.
6. Set up a strong network to establish Red Bull as a functional beverage and innovative brand with athletes, opinion leaders, sports industries, agencies, media, federations, authorities, etc.
7. Manage budget projects.
8. Co-ordinate with other departments (media network, on premise, off premise and field marketing).
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* Work experience min 2 years in the sports industry, sport, events, or marketing agency, sport institution or federation.
* Valuable experience working with Red Bull (e.g., Student…)
* An understanding/specialist knowledge/experience of sport performance.
* Knowledge and understanding of the local sports industry and sports-related fields.
* General marketing, sports marketing or business.
* Spanish. Fluent in English written and spoken.

* EDV (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
