The ILS Manager will act as Project manager for all ILS disciplines for the assigned programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support during the offer preparation phase.
2. Define, plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on ILS Milestones and KPIs (LSA, Tech Pubs, Obsolescence Management, Training, etc.).
3. Ensure that the Customer requirements with respect to Services and ILS are met.
4. Design To Support: strengthen the direct connection between Services and Engineering, to influence system design for optimal supportability in service.
5. Selection of local ILS Suppliers/Subcontractors and management of assigned activities.
6. Coordinate and prepare entry into service with the Service Transition team.
