E-Learning Content Developer
Summary of the Role
The E-Learning Content Developer is responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing learning content and knowledge. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, instructional design, and creativity to develop engaging and effective learning materials. The E-Learning Content Developer will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the content meets the needs of the target audience.
Main Responsibilities
* Content Development: Create learning content for online solutions such as videos, e-learning modules, and practical exercises. Ensure that the content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with the organization's content and knowledge strategy.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop learning solutions that meet requesters' requirements. Work with instructional design teams to address customer feedback and with the Learning Innovation and Framework team to identify potential enhancements to the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions.
* Quality Assurance: Review and maintain online materials to ensure content is current, accurate, and compliant with branding standards and templates.
* Innovation: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI and instructional design. Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and improve content delivery.
About the Ideal Candidate
* Experience in content development and using development software (e.g., Storyline and Camtasia).
* Experience with AI tools and technologies for e-learning and content creation.
* Knowledge of the latest trends and updates in the technology-enabled learning environment.
* Experience with Content Management Systems and Learning Management Systems.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
* Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure high-quality content delivery.
