Vodafone Business Sales Operations is a pivotal business function, which sits within Vodafone Business Commercial & Digital Sales. Its mission is to maximize sales impact through intelligence and zero touch operations.
Sales Operations achieves this by understanding our sales strategy and how Vodafone needs to differentiate to compete and win. The platform is used by 6k users across multiple local markets and central Group functions for account and opportunity management. The team’s role is to define and execute the Ignite strategy to make our users more efficient and effective by delivering world-class capability, user experience and invisible operations.
What you bring:
1. Deep user experience/user interface knowledge, credibility and a strong design-driven mind-set.
2. Salesforce CRM experience in a large corporate enterprise.
3. User-centric approach to design, incorporating insights from research and product analytics into the design.
4. Experience with conducting user testing and user journey mapping.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to convey complex information in a simple way, earning trust and influencing across key stakeholders.
6. Credible thought leader with deep influential, transformational and change management ability in a matrix organisation.
7. Strong emotional intelligence and numerical acumen, quick thinking with the ability to interpret complex data to drive decisions.
8. Strong influencing skills - able to identify key issues and balance conflicting interests.
