We are looking for a Business Analyst for an International Project based in Madrid (hybrid model).
Responsabilities:
1. Process Mapping and Analysis: Create visual representations of workflows to understand the sequence of activities, decision points, and roles involved in a process.
2. Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data related to process performance to uncover patterns, trends, and metrics identify opportunities for optimization and measure the impact of process changes.
3. Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to define process objectives, identify desired outcomes, and document specific requirements. Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather input from various organizational departments and levels.
4. Process Design and Improvement: Developing and modeling new or improved processes based on analysis findings and stakeholder requirements. This includes creating detailed process maps, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing performance metrics.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with various stakeholders to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate feedback into the process design. This ensures that the processes are aligned with the organization''s goals and objectives
6. Documentation and Reporting: Documenting the current state of processes, proposed changes, and the outcomes of implemented changes. Providing regular updates and reports to management and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and any issues.
7. These responsibilities ensure that business
