SENIOR LEASING MANAGER
Node is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to lead the performance of the asset level leasing (sales) by delivering a superbly executed hybrid of digital and physical leasing performance (phygital) for anywhere up to 1000 units.
The senior sales manager will own the process of developing and executing upon the tactical sales strategy for each asset, focused on selling the opportunity to stay in newly launching, high quality and accessible apartments with Node across its new development asset in Carabanchel. Moreover, this role will primarily focus on commercial performance management, driving leasing strategies, and maximising revenue generation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the apart-hotel / extended stay markets. As a Senior Leasing Manager, you will play a vital role in optimising our leasing performance and achieving business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop in-depth market knowledge of their competition, owners and prospective customers.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities and market trends.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling leasing campaigns and promotional materials.
* Set and negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring favourable outcomes for Node.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of lease agreements, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
* Manage lease renewal processes, including rent negotiation, lease amendments, satisfaction surveys.
* Analyse and evaluate leasing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and take action.
* Prepare comprehensive leasing reports, including occupancy rates, forecasts, and revenue projections.
* Oversee the lease administration process, ensuring accurate, timely documentation of lease agreements.
* Collaborate with property management teams to address concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Lead and supervise a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
* Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends.
* Work closely with finance to develop and manage leasing budgets and financial forecasts.
* Identify leasing opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
* Stay up-to-date with local, regional, and national real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
* Continuously seek opportunities to better leasing processes, systems, and performance.

* Proven track record in driving leasing performance and achieving revenue targets.
* Experience in managing a leasing team.
* Previous experience in leading and developing leasing teams is highly desirable.
