Responsibilities:
* Determine root causes of instrument failures and implement successful solutions
* Collaborate with teams from different departments to diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Conduct regular preventative maintenance and calibration of instruments
* Provide world-class customer service, building strong relationships with clients
* During visits, propose our products and services, and provide guidance on new equipment and services
* Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
Job Requirements:
* Technical bachelor's degree, advanced technical degree, or related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or a similar role
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to lead priorities
* Driver's license and availability to travel
* Proficient in Spanish and English
