What Your Day to Day Activities Will Be Main Purpose of Job Generate enquiries and close sales for all Chart and Howden product ranges in the Iberian Market (Spain & Portugal). Visit customer sites to promote engineered product sales through assessment of requirements and develop a technical solution with the support of the technical Services team. Build strong relationships with end users, contractors, and consultants to best position our products and services to deliver Aftermarket growth for both Chart and Howden products in Spain & Portugal. Accountabilities Develop a business plan to deliver profitable business growth. Create opportunities to grow Chart and Howden Spain aftermarket presence within Iberia (Spain & Portugal). Work closely with the AFM Director to understand and develop opportunities within your geographic location. Actively promote and build awareness of Chart and Howden products strength and capabilities and seek out strategic synergy opportunities, maximizing aftermarket bookings through their entire lifecycle from new build sale through installation, commissioning, warranty, warranty extensions, DDA, Uptime, enablement and LTSA''s. Prepare and execute the annual aftermarket sales plan for your geographic location backed by the office team. Manage the opportunity pipeline, maintain CRM data quality, and provide booking forecast. Take an active role in customer care and manage and improve NPS results for your customers. Deliver excellent customer support through our services and spare parts on time, in full and to the required quality standard.
