We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX Researcher / Market Research Specialist to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) research or market research, along with professional proficiency in English and Chinese. Proficiency in German, Spanish, and French is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Conduct user and market research to drive insights and recommendations for improving product offerings and customer experiences.Analyze customer behaviors and interactions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for eCommerce strategy.Work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure research findings are incorporated into the product design and development process.Present research findings clearly to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on insights and strategy.Use a variety of research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability tests, etc.) to gather relevant data.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Research, Sociology, Psychology, or a relevant field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research, market research, or related fields.Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).Proficiency in German, Spanish, or French is a strong advantage.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and user behavior analytics.
