Position Scope To support the sales team in fulfilling customers periodic ESG surveys, tenders and requests for information through: The coordination of the collection of the inputs needed from different teams to enable specific customer surveys to be filled. Conversion of the available corporate data/ resources into the relevant metrics and scope to fill the data in the required format/ platform specified by the customer. The mobilization of the appropriate resource when new data disclosure needs to be approved by a subject matter expert or the legal department (e.g. when linked to contractual terms or regulatory requirements). Channeling identified gaps in available data to the ESG team so related materials can be developed. The curating the data systematically and contribute to efforts in setting up a global customer survey answering process as well as in a customized global IT platform. Providing feedback to improve the tools, resources and process continuously. To support the current Life Cycle Analysts role and responsibilities through continuing the life cycle analysis capabilities development and supporting in possible future requirements in line with the role remit by: Modeling packagings LCA, and more especially their carbon footprint and broader LCA indicators. Encompassing data set curation and updates, review of input and output data quality in view of possible related claim/ disclosure. Coordinating the work with the rest of the sustainability team, collaborating with a consultant, providing data to internal stakeholders in the frame of customer surveys or internal innovation project.
