As the Head of Digital Tools and Analytics, you will drive digital transformation in Axpo’s Procurement, leveraging automation and data-driven decision-making. You will lead the development of digital procurement tools, analytics platforms, and automation initiatives, reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer while managing a team of 3–5 people.
What you will do
* Define and implement a digital roadmap for procurement, aligning with company-wide initiatives.
* Oversee selection, implementation, and optimization of SAP Ariba, spend analytics, AI-driven procurement tools, and automation solutions.
* Develop advanced analytics dashboards, spend analysis models, and reporting tools for strategic procurement insights.
* Lead governance and optimization of the Procurement Data Lake, ensuring data integrity and usability.
* Define savings methodologies, performance tracking, and financial impact reporting.
* Drive automation initiatives using RPA, AI, and machine learning to streamline procurement workflows.
What you bring & who you are
* Sound experience in procurement digitalization, analytics, or procurement technology.
* Expertise in SAP Ariba, Procurement BI tools, AI-driven procurement solutions, and automation technologies.
* Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SQL for procurement analytics.
* Proven experience in managing a Procurement Data Lake and optimizing savings reporting.
* Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects in procurement.
* Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; an MBA in Digital Supply Chain is a plus.
* Certifications in Project Management and Supply Management (CPSM) from ISM are a plus.
* Strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
