* Greeting guests at check-in and check-out.
* Allocating rooms efficiently.
* Managing complaints and resolving problems.
* Handling special requests.
* Accounting and payments control.
* Using several languages by phone, email, or in person.
* Multitasking as a receptionist and assisting in other areas of the hotel.
* Answering telephone calls.
* Booking control and availability supervision.
* Controlling prices and promotions.
* Providing customer assistance.
* Managing online reputation through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc).
