Responsibilities:
* Maintains computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and conducting face-to-face/onsite support.
* Administration and internal support of personal computers, printers, servers, and related equipment.
* Sets and loads computer equipment with required items and prepares it for operation.
* Maintains daily performance of computer systems.
* Responds to queries either in person or over the phone.
* Follows up with customers/clients to ensure issues have been resolved.
* Installs, tests, and configures new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
* Conducts inventory and asset management.
* Participates in assigned projects related to asset management, preventive maintenance, deployment, and migration activities.
Job Qualifications:
* Graduate of a 4-year IT-related course.
* Ability to quickly adapt to immediate operational changes.
* Good communication skills.
* Amenable to work in multiple locations: Quezon City, Malabon, Eastwood, Novaliches, and Ortigas.
* Willingness to work a shifting schedule.
