EF’s beautiful Malaga campus is looking for an energetic and organized Host Family Recruiter to join their team.

The Role
Working for our Host Family Recruitment team, you will report directly to the Accommodation Manager and assist in all aspects of our host family recruitment process. The candidate should be able to take initiative and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international team.
The role is 39 hours per week and runs from February to June.
Responsibilities
The role includes all aspects of the host family recruitment process including, but not limited to:
* Calling and Tele sales;
* Street Action, attending recruitment fairs, and Leafletting;
* Running events for our existing host families and students;
* Maintaining an organized digital database and daily administrative duties;
* Screening, visiting, and supporting Host Families;
* Overall support of the Accommodation Team.
A successful candidate is passionate about travel and cultural exchange in international environments. Additionally, they are highly motivated to join a workplace that puts student experience and customer service first. A key skill is clear and friendly communication. Additional requirements include:
* Customer Service experience
* Confident and well-spoken over the phone
* Happy to work outdoors come rain or shine
* A valid driving license is preferred
* Sales / telemarketing experience is preferred
* Experience in a school setting preferred
