Your mission :
As a Bionutrition / Biostimulation Portfolio Coordinator within the Global Portfolio Team you will play an important role in implementing the Portfolio Strategy, shaping a high-performance portfolio that addresses grower’s needs and drives sustainable agricultural practices. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in supporting business growth.
Your responsibilities :
1. Product Lifecycle management : Oversee product life-cycle process for assigned products, ensuring alignment with company’s portfolio strategy. Proactively gather relevant information to support strategic decisions. Collaborate closely with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, 3rd Parties and Regional Teams to build an optimum product portfolio and innovative pipeline.
2. Portfolio Analysis & Segmentation : Analyze the existing portfolio to identify opportunities for optimization, including gap assessments and rationalization strategies. Work closely with Business Intelligence to ensure product segmentation is well-defined and communicated to stakeholders.
3. Product positioning & performance validation : Define and oversee global product positioning strategies, ensuring competitive differentiation in the market. Guide trial strategies to validate product performance.
4. Product Launch and Product Growth : Develop and coordinate global product launch plans, including branding, marketing toolkits, pricing guardrails, etc. Monitor and support regional launch plans for strategic projects, ensuring successful execution.
5. Product Communication : Guide Brand & Communication team on the development of global communication campaigns. Provide clear guidelines for product communication to regions.
6. Market opportunity & Business Cases : Conduct business opportunity assessments and develop business cases in collaboration with regional teams. Support leadership decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations for R&D and Regulatory capex investments.
7. Cross-functional Team Meetings : Lead cross-functional team meetings and follow-up activities to tackle business needs.
8. Regional focal point : Continuous support to regions in terms of Portfolio Strategy and product guidance.
The Talent we are looking for :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field. A postgraduate degree in Marketing or MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Bionutrition / Crop Nutrition, Biostimulants, Biologicals, or related field.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Power Point and Excel).
4. Fluency in English and Spanish required. Additional languages are a plus.
5. Willingness to travel internationally (~25% depending on the season).
