Sales Account Manager - Healthcare Diagnostics

You will be joining our Healthcare Diagnostics Division as a Sales Account Manager and developing activity with both existing and new clients in the public & private sector (private Laboratories, public and private Hospitals, Academic Universities...) in the Madrid Area (Spain).
Your key responsibilities include:
* Generating sales for assigned accounts across different industries on your designated territory.
* Acting to understand customer needs and identifying solutions to non-standard tasks/queries to create business opportunities.
* Identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell our products.
* Promoting and selling products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informing them of new product introductions.
* Creating, monitoring, and revising lead generation plans.
* Developing accounts and maintaining positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
* Determining and developing approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/strategies.
* Leading projects requiring coordination with other functions and organizations.
For this role, you should ideally be located in the Madrid area and will work remotely combined with travel to customer sites in the Madrid Area in Spain, and other areas in Spain required to cover.
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
* A University Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology etc...)
* Significant experience in Sales with Diagnostics Anatomo-Pathology Labs, Genomics Labs, and/or clinical solutions.
* Experience working with ImmunoHistoChemistry, HistoChemistry, NGS, CGH/microarray based solutions is a strong advantage.
* Full fluency in Spanish and at least a good level in English.
You should be autonomous, outgoing, and customer-focused. You also have excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills to interact with many external and internal partners.
