YOUR IMPACT
Directly reporting to the Store Director and to the Deputy Store Manager, the Client Development Specialist has the role of supporting and coordinating the team in all marketing activities, maximizing the impact on the return on investment. The CDS will be challenged on the growth of the local client's database and will perform actions to recruit new clients, retain existing clients, and reactivate sleeping clients. Moreover, she/he has the role of analyzing the customer database, coordinating the day-by-day CRM actions. She/he will be the direct contact of the Marketing department in HO to all tasks and activities related to clienteling in the boutique. He/she will receive advanced training by HQ and participate in punctual seminars.
Missions Description - Daily tasks
* Clients database: assure the accuracy of the database (correct information).
* Follow-up actions: pursue and coordinate the team on follow-ups on clients (clients that purchased the previous day, walk-in clients, birthdays).
* Specific CRM actions.
* Events and animations: develop the target list, follow the call campaign in-store, control the attendance, pursue follow-up actions on attendees to maximize results.
* OTOs campaigns: organize and follow the OTOs campaigns in-store.
* Clients' treatments: responsible for clients' targeting, invitation process, ROI for HQ treatments; treatments proposals and organizational support for local initiatives.
* Gifting: responsible for the correct use of the clients' gifts stock and coordination of gifting actions (local celebration).
* Support the team in offering a high-end service in-store (VIP room experience).
* Develop and retain partnerships for recruiting.
* Share figures and objectives on local clients on a weekly basis + dashboard study and analysis monthly (focused Client Dev; Diorly weekly).
