About Us: Vocation Hotels & Resorts is a leading hospitality company with operating hotels in Spain, Peru and Nicaragua with new openings in progress. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple hotels.
Role Summary: As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of General Managers and hotel staff to ensure (i) financial performance, (ii) operational excellence, and (iii) exceptional guest experiences across your assigned portfolio of hotels. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development:
Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to General Managers and hotel staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
Conduct regular reviews and development planning.
Financial Performance:
Develop and manage regional budgets, oversee hotel expenses, and implement cost saving initiatives.
Work closely with General Managers to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
Sales and Marketing:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement regional sales strategies.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices across all hotel departments.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Implement and track operational initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.
Quality and Service:
Maintain high standards of quality and service across all hotels.
Conduct regular quality assurance visits and provide feedback to General Managers.
Address guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee the implementation of safety and security protocols.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with General Managers, hotel staff, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
10+ years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
