Mission of the role:
Lead the Life Science sales team, aligning actions with the company’s global strategy. The Sales Manager will identify market trends and translate them into effective commercial strategies. A key focus will be driving business growth and consolidation in the region. The role includes strong key account management responsibilities. All within a leading and rapidly growing in vitro diagnostics company.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and operations in the Life Science market, focusing on in vitro products and oncology solutions.
- Drive consultative sales, manage key accounts, and represent the company at industry events.
- The role includes overseeing pricing, CRM usage, data analysis, and national account management.
- Guide the sales team through resource planning, performance reviews, and training, while also managing large-scale projects and ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Profile:
- Experience in the Life Science sector—ideally in molecular biology, pathology, and breast surgery.
- Strong knowledge of the molecular diagnostics market (IVDR/MDR) and key players in Spain and Portugal is essential.
- Proven leadership experience managing commercial teams. Strong results-oriented mindset, team collaboration skills, and advanced English proficiency.
