House of Mojo is seeking an Architect to join a three-month internship, followed by a permanent contract.
Immediate start to work on interior design and renovation projects from concept to completion. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and select materials and furniture. Create detailed drawings and plans in AutoCAD, prepare budgets, and correct renderings. Collaborate with architects, builders, and suppliers to ensure project execution. Must have a Degree in Architecture or Interior Design and speak English & Spanish.
Responsibilities
* Work on interior design and renovation projects from concept to completion.
* Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project.
* Develop design concepts, mood boards, and select materials and furniture.
* Prepare budgets, and correct renderings.
* Collaborate with architects, builders, and suppliers to ensure project execution.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in architecture or similar.
* Strong organizational and creative skills.
* Proficient in AutoCAD.
* Excellent Spanish and English skills (high level).
* Driving license.
* Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.
