We are looking for an International Relations Assistant to support our International Relations Department in executing key projects and initiatives. Under the supervision of two Project Managers, you will assist in coordinating international academic programs, maintaining relationships with global partners, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support UCJC participation in international networks and associations.
* Assist in establishing and maintaining partnerships with global universities.
* Coordinate international academic initiatives, exchanges, and joint programs for students and faculty.
* Contribute to the development and promotion of outbound and inbound mobility/study abroad opportunities.
* Draft and edit marketing materials, presentations, and institutional communications in English.
Academic Background:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Relations, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
* Prior experience in international education, academic institutions, or project management (preferred).
* Experience in coordinating international programs, partnerships, or global initiatives (a plus).
* Familiarity with higher education networks and institutional collaborations (desirable)
Languages:
* Must-have: English C2 – near-native or native proficiency and Spanish C1 – minimum required level.
* Nice-to-have: Additional languages at an intermediate or advanced level.
IT Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Experience with project management tools or CRM systems (a plus).
