EXPERIENCE
* Essential:
* +4 years’ experience in maintenance of web applications based on Java, ideally on Agile methodologies
* +2 years' experience of Service Request Manager role
* +1 years’ experience in Trade & Supply Chain Finance products, on Confirming product will be a plus
* Nice to have:
* Experience with payments channels/formats (ISO) of banking applications
* Experience with accounting and regulatory reporting on banking applications
EDUCATION
Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master. Technical background would be a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Essential:
· Certification in ITIL or a similar service management methodology (ServiceNow)
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects
· Advanced knowledge of web technologies, monitoring tools, and performance analysis
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
· User level knowledge JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams tools.
· Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
· Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.
