* Responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures.
* Create and execute the branch business plan.
* Plan, implement, and manage areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals, missions, and vision.
* Provide sound leadership for the branch.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
