Serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to do everything possible to delight customers.Responsibilities: Educating the Product Owner to refine and manage the product backlog.Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Scrum and Agile.Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile / Scrum practices and values.Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile / Scrum frameworks and in how to get the most out of self-organization.Assessing the Scrum maturity of the team and organization. Coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.Protecting the team from interruptions and external interferences, keeping the team focused within the context of the project vision and goals.Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem solving.Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team. Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.Working actively in the Guild of Scrum Masters.Experience: Essential: 1-2 years of experience using the required technologies and tools.Nice to have: Experience in TDD / BDD practices.Education: Certificate of Higher Education / University Degree / Master. Technical background would be a plus.Skills & Knowledge: Essential:Scrum Master Professional certification.Experience and knowledge in Kanban Method.User level knowledge of JIRA, ALM (Application Life-cycle Management), and Microsoft Teams tools.Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.Excellent communication skills.Proactive and results-oriented.Good change management.Spanish would be a plus.Supply chain finance products (e.G., Confirming) would be a plus.Payment methods and accounting knowledge would be a plus.Nice to have:Knowledge of scaled frameworks like SaFe, Nexus, Less.Ability to understand all the tools involved in a deployment pipeline.Knowledge of Management 3.0.Other Information: Ability to work in liquid organizations with strong change adaptability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
