We are looking for a System Lead Support to provide services to one of our clients, a multinational pharmaceutical company.
TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of the Global Application Experience, Global IT team, the candidate will provide technical leadership for on-premise and cloud applications. This includes:
* Support user communities in Asian or EU zone for application systems.
* Perform system lead tasks including application administration and system lifecycle documentations.
* Provide technical leadership in application roadmap by close coordination with system owners.
* Participate in build, upgrade and/or migration projects.
* Keep systems up-to-date by leading and executing technical upgrades, applying patches, bug-fixes including security vulnerabilities.
* Perform security management tasks such as user account reviews, technical account reviews, and vulnerability assessments.
* Follow SOP and conduct activities in a highly regulated and compliant environment.
* Analyze business needs, prioritize tasks, develop solutions, and conduct data processes to improve the operations of IT systems.
What will make you successful in this role?
* 2-5 years of experience as application and/or system support (System Engineer) or 6+ years of experience as application owner and/or system administrator.
* System Administration (Windows, Unix, Linux).
* Cloud administration (Azure, AWS).
* Database administration.
* Information protection and security.
* Networking.
SCHEDULE:
* 08/09h - 17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
* 1 day of office work | 4 days by remote.
